1. How are your products different than other infused-gummy companies?
Thank you for the question! Other products are made with jelly, Angel gummies are made with gelatin, just like traditional gummies you grew up with eating! Our specific formula of natural flavors has been perfected over years of R&D to ensure they can be infused and still taste delicious. Stay tuned as we intend to launch numerous products over the coming year.
2. My gummies stick to each other once finished, how do I prevent this from happening?
Once the gummies are finished, simply throw them in a bit of powedered sugar or a very light coat of oil.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
We work hard to get your order out as fast as possible so as soon as your payment is accepted and confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. Because there is a very small window of time, we may not be able to "catch" your order before it is packed and set aside for shipping.
This unfortunately means no changes can be make to an order once it is placed however, there may be time to cancel your order entirely so you can start fresh. Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible with the subject "CANCEL" along with your full name and order number and we will see what we can do!
2. What is your Return Policy?
We hope you love our Angel products but if you're not 100% happy, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your product so we can help.
We are happy to accept returns on both new and newly opened products within 30 days of postal delivery. Please email email@example.com with the subject RETURN so we know to look out for your package.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. We cannot accept empty jars or more than half used empty bottles or jars. We will only accept new and lightly used products.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are returned to us. The customer is free to choose whatever method of shipping is most economical, we just ask that the name and order number be included in the package to prevent delays.
3. My order has stopped tracking but hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and first and last name so we can look into this for you right away!
